The Bramble cocktail was created in London in the 1980’s and can best be described as the cocktail of Spring. Cranes Cranberry Gin is the perfect addition to the classic Bramble cocktail, and we have created the ideal drink to be enjoyed on those warm spring and summer evenings.

 

Ingredients: 

• 2 parts Cranes Cranberry Gin

• 1 part lemon juice

• 1 part sugar syrup

• A dash of blackberry liqueur

 

Method:

1. Chill a tumbler either in the fridge or using ice

2. Add 2 parts Cranes Cranberry Gin, 1 part lemon juice and 1 part sugar syrup 

3. Top with a dash of blackberry liqueur

4. Stir, sit back and enjoy!
