Back in June, we announced our very first cocktail competition, whereby we started searching for mixologists to 'Paint the Town Red' and compete to win the cash prize and title of Cranes Brand Ambassador.
With less then a week to go until our finale, which will be held at The Prince of Wales, Brixton, London, we thought there was no better time to introduce our 5 finalists.

Located in Soho’s Golden Square, London, Graphic Bar is well known for being the home of a world class collection of gin and the latest ground-breaking urban art. Featuring artists including Ben Allen, Jim Sharp, Ben Eine and Turner Prize winner Mark Wallinger, it’s definitely one of the places to be if you want a sophisticated cocktail.

Located in the heart of London’s West End, Archer Street offers a truly unique experience to its customers. The spacious and elegant bars are set over two floors and the talented team entertain guests sporadically throughout the evening with live singing performances!
214 Bermondsey, located just a short distances walk from London Bridge Station, is a secret bar that is a great retreat from the busy streets above. 214 Bermondsey specialises in Gin cocktails and the basement bar pays tribute to one of the country's most iconic spirits.
The bar is located beneath Italian comfort-food restaurant, Antico, and harkens back to the illustrious trading history of the outskirts of London. In the dim lighting of the bar, the decor has an urban-chic theme with reclaimed brickwork, wood panelling and red leather bar stools. 214 Bermondsey is the ideal place for any gin fan whether its gin cocktail, G+Ts or (for the more seasoned drinker) martinis; with over 80 different types of gin and a varied combination of old, new and signature gin cocktails.
The Bootlegger is a prohibition themed cocktail bar which aims to brings the secret decadent times of 1920’s Chicago back to life and recreate the feel good vibe of the bygone era. The Bootlegger is known for creating their own in-house craft cocktail infusions, as well as the classics and also have a wide range of wines, champagnes, spirits and liquors for you to choose from.
The concept of First Aid Box Bar is health, nutrition and doctors’ orders but with an unusual alcohol based twist. Created by the boys who created The Shrub & Shutter, First Aid Box is already showing to be a success. Whether it’s a causal day date or evening cocktails with friends, First Aid Box will be sure to serve up some delicious cocktails.
Also, don’t miss their secret backroom bar ‘BLINDER’. Open Friday and Saturday nights. Loosely based on 1920’s England, with dark spirits, lots of gin and strong cocktails. If you like Peaky blinders, you’ll love it in here.
